Exercise 2
Control and return the ball after touching each side cone. 5'
Exercise 3
Control and return the ball after touching each cone in front and behind. 5'

One player in front of another, we pass the ball with our hand so that the teammate does:
1.- Control with the chest and return.
2.- Control with the quadriceps and return.
3.- Control with the inside and return.
4.- Oriented control and sprint 10 meters with the ball.
5.- Step on the ball with the sole of the foot and sprint 10 meters.

Ball control.
Exercise 1
A teammate passes the ball high for the player to control before it bounces, dribble to the edge of the penalty area, and shoot.
Exercise 2
A player with their back to the goal passes the ball to a teammate who then plays a through ball back and shoots.
Exercise 3
A teammate passes the ball to the player's chest for them to control, turn, and shoot.
